Common use of Building Inspection Services Clause in Contracts

Building Inspection Services. Inspector shall be paid an amount equal to 65% of the gross building permit fees it collects during the term of this Agreement. Upon the termination of this Agreement, Inspector shall only be entitled to payment for inspections actually completed prior to the effective date of the termination.
