Building Inspection Services Sample Clauses
The Building Inspection Services clause defines the obligations and procedures related to inspecting a property or construction project for compliance, safety, and quality standards. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for conducting inspections, the timing and frequency of such inspections, and the standards or codes that must be met. For example, it may require a licensed inspector to assess the building at certain project milestones or before final acceptance.
