Building Name Clause Samples

The 'Building Name' clause specifies the official name by which a building or property will be identified in the context of the agreement. This clause typically designates a unique name for the building, which may be used in all related documents, signage, and communications. By clearly defining the building's name, the clause ensures there is no confusion or ambiguity regarding the subject property, thereby facilitating clear reference and avoiding potential disputes over identification.
