Common use of Building Standard Improvements Clause in Contracts

Building Standard Improvements. Landlord and Tenant shall mutually agree upon Building Standard details for lighting, window coverings; doors; relites; hardware and ceiling treatment. Building Standards shall be equal in quality to tenant improvement standards established for the Second & Seneca Building. Tenant shall use Building Standard heating, ventilating and air conditioning distribution and controls.
