Common use of Building-Standard Signage Clause in Contracts

Building-Standard Signage. Landlord, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense, shall initially provide Tenant with Building-standard signage in the Building’s ground floor lobby, in the elevator lobby on the seventh (7th) floor of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Tower and at the entrance to Suite 700A. Any subsequent changes to, or revisions or replacements of such signage, shall be at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.
