Common use of Building Standard Work Clause in Contracts

Building Standard Work. The Construction Documents shall provide that the Tenant Improvements to be constructed in accordance therewith must be at least equal, in quality, to Landlord's building standard materials, quantities and procedures then in use by Landlord ("Building Standards") attached hereto as Exhibit B-2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, so long as the Construction Documents are consistent with Tenant's Tasman buildings, the Construction Documents shall be considered to be in accordance with Landlord's Building Standards.
