Partitions Sample Clauses
The "Partitions" clause defines how a property, asset, or entity is divided into separate, distinct sections or units. In practice, this clause may specify the boundaries, rights, and responsibilities associated with each partition, such as which party controls or maintains a particular area, or how shared resources are accessed. Its core function is to ensure clarity and prevent disputes by formally establishing the scope and limits of each partitioned section.
