Common use of Building Standards Clause in Contracts

Building Standards. Except to the extent that the Plans expressly provide for the construction or installation of improvements, items, materials, fixtures, finishes, quantities, specifications, etc. that are non-Building Standard, Tenant will cause the Leasehold Improvements to be constructed or installed to Building Standards or better.
