Final Working Drawings. Tenant shall supply the Engineers with a complete listing of standard and non-standard equipment and specifications, including, without limitation, B.T.U. calculations, electrical requirements and special electrical receptacle requirements for the Premises, to enable the Engineers and the Architect to complete the “Final Working Drawings” (as that term is defined below) in the manner as set forth below. Tenant shall cause the approved Final Space Plan to be converted by the Architect and the Engineers to complete architectural and engineering drawings for the Premises, and Architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the “Final Working Drawings”) and shall submit the same to Landlord for Landlord’s approval. Tenant shall supply Landlord with four (4) copies signed by Tenant of such Final Working Drawings. Landlord shall advise Tenant within five (5) business days after Landlord’s receipt of the Final Working Drawings for the Premises if the same is unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect. If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall immediately revise the Final Working Drawings in accordance with such review and any disapproval of Landlord in connection therewith. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the Final Space Plans may not depict certain structural elements of the Building and/or various elements of the Building systems which may result in material modifications to the Final Working Drawings (“Space Plan Modifications”) Furthermore, the Final Space Plans for the construction of the Tenant Improvements may require modification to account for the requirements of building codes and other legal requirements of applicable governmental entities, including, but not limited to, Title 24 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (collectively the “Building Codes”). The Final Working Drawings shall materially conform to the Final Space Plans, taking into account (i) Space Plan Modifications, (ii) the requirements of the Building Codes, (iii) other modifications resulting from physical constraints of the Premises and (iv) modifications requested by Tenant and consented to by Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant agrees that, in addition to other factors and considerations Landlord may take into account, it shall not be unreasonable...

Upon the approval of the Final Space Plan by Landlord and Tenant, Tenant shall promptly cause the Architect and the Engineers to complete the architectural and engineering drawings for the Premises, and Architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the “Final Working Drawings”) and shall submit the same to Landlord for Landlord’s approval. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 3.3, Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold, condition or delay its approval of the Final Working Drawings; provided, however, that to the extent that such Final Working Drawings may (i) affect the exterior appearance of the Building, (ii) adversely affect the structural portions of the Building, (iii) adversely affect the Building systems and equipment, (iv) unreasonably interfere with any other occupant’s normal and customary office operation, (v) fail to comply with Applicable Laws, or (vi) fail to meet or exceed the Specifications, then Landlord may grant or withhold its approval of such Final Working Drawings in its sole discretion. Once approved by Landlord, the Final Working Drawings are the “Approved Working Drawings”...
Final Working Drawings. After the Final Space Plan has been approved by Landlord and Tenant, Tenant shall promptly cause the Architect and the Engineers to complete the architectural and engineering drawings for the Premises, and cause the Architect to compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits for the Tenant Improvements (collectively, the “Final Working Drawings”), and shall submit the same to Landlord for Landlord’s approval. Tenant shall supply Landlord with four (4) copies signed by Tenant of such Final Working Drawings. Landlord shall advise Tenant within five (5) business days after Landlord’s receipt of the Final Working Drawings for the Premises if the same is unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect. If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall promptly (i) revise the Final Working Drawings in accordance with such review and any disapproval of Landlord in connection therewith, and (ii) deliver such revised Final Working Drawings to Landlord.
Final Working Drawings. Tenant and the Architect shall complete the architectural drawings for the Expansion Space, and the Architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the "Final Working Drawings") and shall submit the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval or reasonable disapproval, which approval or reasonable disapproval shall be delivered by Landlord to Tenant no later than five (5) business days after Landlord's receipt of such Final Working Drawings. If Landlord reasonably disapproves of any portion of the Final Working Drawings, the parties shall meet, within five (5) days after Landlord's disapproval, to agree upon revisions to be made to the Final Working Drawings to meet the reasonable satisfaction of Landlord. The Architect shall then revise the Final Working Drawings to the form agreed upon in such meeting. Landlord shall then approve or reasonably disapprove the revised Final Working Drawings no later than five (5) business days after Landlord's receipt of such revised Final Working Drawings. If Landlord shall again reasonably disapprove the revised Final Working Drawings, the parties will revise and review the Final Working Drawings again in accordance with the procedure set forth above until Landlord's reasonable approval is obtained.

The Architect and the Engineers shall complete the architectural and engineering drawings for the Premises, and Architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the “Final Working Drawings”), which shall be approved as provided in such Schedule. Tenant shall supply Landlord with four (4) copies signed by Tenant of such Final Working Drawings. In addition, promptly after the Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall cause the Architect to prepare and deliver to Landlord and Tenant “as built” plans and specifications (including all working drawings) for the Tenant Improvements.

Tenant shall promptly cause the Architect and the Engineers to complete the architectural and engineering drawings for Tenant’s Work and Architect shall compile a fully-coordinated set of architectural, structural (if required), mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the “Final Working Drawings”) and shall submit the same to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Tenant shall supply Landlord with two (2) copies signed by Tenant of such Final Working Drawings. Landlord shall advise Tenant, in writing, within five (5) business days after Landlord’s receipt of the Final Working Drawings if the same are unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect (and specify in such written notice the unsatisfactory items). Landlord’s failure to respond within the said 5-business day period shall be deemed as Landlord’s disapproval. If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall promptly review the Final Working Drawings in accordance with such review and any disapproval of Landlord in connection therewith and submit revised Final Working Drawings for Landlord’s approval in accordance with the terms hereof.
Final Working Drawings. Architect and the Engineers shall complete the architectural and engineering drawings for the Expansion Space and the Existing Premises, and the final architectural working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, "FINAL WORKING DRAWINGS") and shall submit the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval.

Upon the approval of the Space Plan as provided in Section 4.1 above, Tenant shall promptly cause Tenant's architect to complete the architectural and engineering drawings for the Premises, and Tenant's architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the "Working Drawings") and shall submit the same to Landlord. Tenant shall supply Landlord with four (4) copies signed by Tenant's architect of such Working Drawings. Landlord shall advise Tenant in writing within ten (10) days after Landlord's receipt of the Working Drawings for the Premises if the same is materially inconsistent with other existing Buildings in the Project or incomplete in any respect, in Landlord's reasonable discretion. If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall immediately revise the Working Drawings to correct the same. If Landlord fails to respond in writing to Tenant within ten (10) days after receiving the Working Drawings, then the Working Drawings shall be deemed approved by Landlord.
