Final Working Drawings. Tenant shall supply the Engineers with a complete listing of standard and non-standard equipment and specifications, including, without limitation, B.T.U. calculations, electrical requirements and special electrical receptacle requirements for the Premises, to enable the Engineers and the Architect to complete the “Final Working Drawings” (as that term is defined below) in the manner as set forth below. Tenant shall cause the approved Final Space Plan to be converted by the Architect and the Engineers to complete architectural and engineering drawings for the Premises, and Architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the “Final Working Drawings”) and shall submit the same to Landlord for Landlord’s approval. Tenant shall supply Landlord with four (4) copies signed by Tenant of such Final Working Drawings. Landlord shall advise Tenant within five (5) business days after Landlord’s receipt of the Final Working Drawings for the Premises if the same is unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect. If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall immediately revise the Final Working Drawings in accordance with such review and any disapproval of Landlord in connection therewith. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the Final Space Plans may not depict certain structural elements of the Building and/or various elements of the Building systems which may result in material modifications to the Final Working Drawings (“Space Plan Modifications”) Furthermore, the Final Space Plans for the construction of the Tenant Improvements may require modification to account for the requirements of building codes and other legal requirements of applicable governmental entities, including, but not limited to, Title 24 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (collectively the “Building Codes”). The Final Working Drawings shall materially conform to the Final Space Plans, taking into account (i) Space Plan Modifications, (ii) the requirements of the Building Codes, (iii) other modifications resulting from physical constraints of the Premises and (iv) modifications requested by Tenant and consented to by Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant agrees that, in addition to other factors and considerations Landlord may take into account, it shall not be unreasonable...
Final Working Drawings. The Architect and Engineers shall prepare the architectural and engineering drawings for the Premises based on the Final Space Plan, and Architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings (collectively, the “Final Working Drawings”) in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (the “Permits”). Tenant shall cooperate with the Architect and the Engineers and provide to the Architect and Engineers such information as they may request in order to prepare and complete such Final Working Drawings and obtain Tenant’s approval thereof on or before the date set forth in Schedule 2. On or before said date, the Final Working Drawings approved by Tenant shall be delivered by the Architect to Landlord for review, and Landlord shall approve or disapprove such Final Working Drawings, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, within five (5) Business Days after delivery thereof by the Architect. If Landlord disapproves such Final Working Drawings or any portion thereof, Landlord shall specify in writing the reasons for such disapproval, and the Architect, in consultation with Tenant, shall, within five (5) Business Days after receipt of Landlord’s disapproval, revise such Final Working Drawings and resubmit them to Landlord for Landlord’s review and approval or disapproval within five (5) Business Days after delivery thereof by the Architect, This process shall be repeated, if necessary, until the Final Working Drawings have been approved by Landlord.
Final Working Drawings. After the Final Space Plan has been approved by Landlord and Tenant, Tenant shall promptly cause the Architect and the Engineers to complete the architectural and engineering drawings for the Premises, and cause the Architect to compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits for the Tenant Improvements (collectively, the “Final Working Drawings”), and shall submit the same to Landlord for Landlord’s approval. Tenant shall supply Landlord with four (4) copies signed by Tenant of such Final Working Drawings for each particular portion of the Premises for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Landlord shall advise Tenant within five (5) business days after Landlord's receipt of the Final Working Drawings for each particular portion of the Premises if the same is unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect, or disapproved, in which event Landlord shall include in its notice of disapproval a reasonably detailed explanation as to which items are not satisfactory or complete and the reason(s) therefor. If Tenant is so advised that the Final Working Drawings are not satisfactory or complete, Tenant shall promptly revise the Final Working Drawings in accordance with such review and any disapproval of Landlord in connection therewith, and Landlord shall approve or disapprove the resubmitted Final Working Drawings, based upon the criteria set forth in this Section 3.3, within five (5) business days after Landlord receives such resubmitted Final Working Drawings. Such procedure shall be repeated until the Final Working Drawings are approved. Landlord will notify Tenant concurrently with Landlord's initial review of the Final Work Drawings whether any new elements of the Tenant Improvements identified in the Final Working Drawings and not previously shown in the Final Space Plan constitute Specialty Alterations be required to be removed (for avoidance of doubt, Landlord may not specify any item which was identified in the Final Space Plan but not so noted by Landlord during Landlord's review of the Final Space Plan unless Landlord reasonably demonstrates that the Final Space Plan described such items in insufficient detail to allow Landlord to make ...

The Architect and the Engineers shall complete the architectural and engineering drawings for the Premises, and Architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the “Final Working Drawings”), which shall be approved as provided in such Schedule. In addition, promptly after the Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall cause the Architect to prepare and deliver to Landlord and Tenant “as built” plans and specifications (including all working drawings) for the Tenant Improvements.
Final Working Drawings. The Architect and the Engineers shall complete the Construction Drawings for the Premises in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the “Final Working Drawings”) and shall submit the same to Landlord for its approval which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. If Landlord disapproves the Final Working Drawings, Landlord shall specify its reasons for such disapproval in writing to Tenant along with reasonable recommendations for revisions to the Final Working Drawings that would cause Landlord to approve the Final Working Drawings. Any disapproval shall be limited to determining if and to the extent a Design Problem (defined below) exists, as determined by Landlord in its reasonable discretion. “Design Problem(s)” shall be limited to the following: (i) possible damage to or an adverse effect on the building systems, (ii) possible damage to or an adverse effect on the Building structure, (iii) non-compliance with applicable Laws or Code, or (iv) an adverse effect on the value or operation of the Building. Accordingly, notwithstanding that any Space Plan, the Construction Drawings, the Final Working Drawings, Approved Working Drawings (as defined below) are reviewed by Landlord or its lender, space planner, architect, engineers and consultants, and notwithstanding any advice or assistance which may be rendered to Tenant by Landlord or Landlord’s space planner, architect, engineers, and consultants, Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever in connection therewith and shall not be responsible for any omissions or errors contained in the Space Plan, the Construction Drawings, the Final Working Drawings, Approved Working Drawings.

Tenant shall supply Landlord with four (4) copies signed by Tenant of such Final Working Drawings. Landlord shall advise Tenant within five (5) business days after Landlord's receipt of the Final Working Drawings for the Premises if the same is unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect. Final Working Drawings. As soon as reasonably practicable after the approval of the Final Space Plan, the Architect and the Engineers shall complete the architectural and engineering drawings for the Expansion Premises, and the final architectural working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the “Final Working Drawings”), which Final Working Drawings shall be a logical extension of the Final Space Plan and shall be subject to approval by Landlord and Tenant.
