BUILT-IN DIAGNOSTICS. The ▇▇▇▇ V control system has extensive built-in diagnostics and includes "power-up", background and manually initiated diagnostic routines capable of identifying both control panel, sensor, and output device faults. These faults are identified down to the board level for the panel, and to the circuit level for the sensor or actuator component. On-line replacement of boards is made possible by the ▇▇▇▇ V's triply redundant design and is also available for those sensors where physical access and system isolation are feasible.
