Common use of Bulk Data Transmissions Clause in Contracts

Bulk Data Transmissions. With respect to each Law Firm User that is permitted to file multiple claims by bulk upload (i.e. SimpleBatch or Web Services (if available)) or utilizing the e-Claims system (collectively, “Bulk Data Transmission”), the Law Firm hereby acknowledges and agrees that each time a claim is filed by Bulk Data Transmission, the Law Firm reaffirms the representations and warranties set forth in Section 5.1 as provided therein.
