Loop Transmission Types. 3.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall allow CBB to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, in accordance with this Section 3 and the rates and charges provided in the Pricing Attachment. Verizon shall allow CBB access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law. The available Loop types are as set forth below:
Loop Transmission Types. 3.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall allow Intrado to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, in accordance with this Section 3 and the rates and charges provided in the Pricing Attachment. Verizon shall allow Intrado access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules. Subject to the foregoing and the provisions regarding FTTP Loops, in Section 3.5 below, and Hybrid Loops, in Section 3.6 below, the available Loop types are as set forth below:

Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall allow Bandwidth to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Loops, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall allow Bandwidth access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.
Loop Transmission Types. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1, Verizon shall allow GNAPS to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time. Verizon shall allow GNAPS access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law.

3.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Frontier shall allow Onvoy to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, in accordance with this Section 3 and the rates and charges provided in the Pricing Attachment. Frontier shall allow Onvoy access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules. Subject to the foregoing and the provisions regarding FTTP Loops, in Section 3.5 below, and Hybrid Loops, in Section 3.6 below, the available Loop types are as set forth below:
Loop Transmission Types. Subject to Section 11.0 and subsection 11.7, BA shall allow Compass to access the following Unbundled Local Loop (“ULL”) types unbundled from local switching and local transport in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this subsection 11.2.
11.2.1 2‑Wire Analog Voice Grade ULL" or "Analog 2W" which support analog transmission of 300‑3000 Hz, repeat link start, link reverse battery, or ground start seizure and disconnect in one direction (toward the End Office Switch), and repeat ringing in the other direction (toward the Customer). Analog 2W include Loops sufficient for the provision of PBX trunks, pay telephone lines and electronic key system lines.
11.2.2 4‑Wire Analog Voice Grade ULL" or "Analog 4W" which support transmission of voice grade signals using separate transmit and receive paths and terminate in a 4-wire electrical interface.
11.2.3 2‑Wire ISDN Digital Grade ULL" or "BRI ISDN" (Premium Link) which support digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel. BRI ISDN is a 2B+D Basic Rate Interface‑Integrated Services Digital Network (BRI‑ISDN) Loop which will meet national ISDN standards and conform to ANSI T1.601-1992 & T1E1.4 90-004R3.

Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1.7, VERIZON shall allow SPRINT to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport as required by Applicable Law, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 1.2.
