Cooperative Testing Sample Clauses
The Cooperative Testing clause establishes a framework for both parties to jointly conduct tests or trials related to the subject matter of their agreement. Typically, this involves sharing resources, data, or personnel to evaluate the performance, compatibility, or safety of a product, service, or system. By outlining responsibilities and procedures for collaborative testing, the clause ensures that both parties work together efficiently, reduces misunderstandings, and helps resolve technical uncertainties before full-scale implementation or delivery.
