Common use of Loop Transmission Types Clause in Contracts

Loop Transmission Types. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1, Verizon shall allow GNAPS to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time. Verizon shall allow GNAPS access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law.

Verizon shall allow GNAPS GNAPs access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law.. The available Loop types are as set forth below:

Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 11 of this Attachment, Verizon shall allow GNAPS MMG to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Loops, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall allow GNAPS MMG access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law.
