Bulky Item Collection Clause Samples

Bulky Item Collection. Contractor shall provide the Residential Premises of the Mixed Use Building with two (2) annual On-Call Bulky Item Collection Service events per Mixed Use Building in accordance with the Multi-Family On-Call Bulky Item Collection service requirements pursuant to Section 5.05. Such service must be requested by the Owner or property manager.
Bulky Item Collection. Contractor shall collect and dispose up to one (1) Bulky Item per Residential Unit weekly at no additional cost to the Town. The Residential Unit shall provide Contractor a minimum of forty-eight (48) hour notice, prior to the Residential Unit’s scheduled pickup, of the Bulk Item pickup request. A Residential Unit can request an additional Bulk Item pickup for Ten Dollars ($10.00) per item upon two (2) day notice prior to the Residential Unit’s scheduled pickup.

Such service must be requested by the Owner or property manager.
Bulky Item Collection. Contractor shall offer residential and commercial accounts on-call collection of bulky items (e.g., televisions, refrigerators, furniture) within one- week of request for service at a rate to be negotiated between the Contractor and the customer.
Bulky Item Collection. Each Single Family Residential Premises receiving individual Collection Service shall be entitled to two (2) Collections of up to four (4) Bulky Waste items, which includes but is not limited to tires, furniture, televisions and computers, in each twelve (12) month period at no additional charge. Collections of additional Bulky Items or Bulky Items collected from Multi-Family Apartment Dwellings or Non Residential Customers shall be subject to the Rates included in the Customer Rate Schedule, Attachment D.
Bulky Item Collection. One bulky item per month may be collected from each household. Collection of bulky items shall be scheduled for the first pickup day of each month. If any household has more than one bulky item, the household must contact the Provider directly and negotiate charges for pickup to be billed to the individual household by Provider. Bulky items include, but are not limited to, furniture and large electronics.
Bulky Item Collection a. Contractor will pick up bulky items curbside on regular collection day as long as those items are marked with a bulky item tag. Appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, water heaters, etc. are not eligible for Bulky Item Tags. i. Tags referred to as “Bulky Item Tags” will be purchased by the Village from Contractor for $10.00 per tag. The tags will be available to eligible dwellings at a price set by the Village and must be affixed to bulky items in order for those items to be picked up by Contractor. b. Residents may also elect to utilize the Bulky Express Service, wherein they coordinate bulky item pick up directly with Contractor. Contractor shall be responsible for billing the resident, collecting from the resident, and/or enforcing any right to payment from the resident. Rates for Bulky Express Service: b. Appliances not eligible for bulky items $25.00 per item c. Rental of 20 yd. box $250.00 per fill d. Rental of 30 yd. box $310 per fill e. Rental of 40 yd. box $325.00 per fill ii. Contractor shall be entitled to establish restrictions on the types and weights of materials that may be placed in any box rented by an eligible dwelling unit. iii. Contractor shall not receive assistance from Village in collecting any amounts Contractor believes are due or in resolving disputes between Contractor and any resident electing to utilize the Bulky Express Service. iv. Contractor shall not be entitled to any compensation from Village, financial or otherwise, for the provision of any Bulky Express Service or for any injury or losses, financial or otherwise, that may arise, directly or indirectly, from the provision of any Bulky Express Service. v. Contractor shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Village from and against all claims arising out of or resulting from all acts or omissions in connection with the provision of Bulky Item Express Service caused in whole or in part by Contractor or by Contractor’s officers, employees, subcontractors, assigns, invitees and other agents.
