Bulletin Board Notices. The Employer will provide a bulletin board in the facility where employees hereunder are employed for the use of the Association and the Employer. Only official notices are to be posted and must have the signature of the President or a Board Member. The Association/Employer will promptly remove from such bulletin board any material which is detrimental to the Association/Employer relationship.
Bulletin Board Notices. Material to be placed on the bulletin boards will be limited to notices of NAPE/AFSCME’s recreational, educational, and social affairs; notices of NAPE/AFSCME meetings, elections, appointments and results of NAPE/AFSCME elections; notices of NAPE/AFSCME meetings and any other notice from NAPE/AFSCME that would be of interest to the unit members. The Company shall provide employees with a copy of all Union notices with their pay cheques provided that the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Bulletin Board The Employer shall provide a bulletin board which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of regular meetings, special meetings, seminars or Union activities.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Bulletin Board Space 34.01 The Employer shall provide bulletin boards to be placed in reasonably accessible locations upon which designated space shall be provided where the Union may be permitted to post notices of meetings and other such notices which may be of interest to Employees. It is not the intention of the Union to post anything objectionable to the Employer.

  • Union Bulletin Boards The Employer agrees to furnish and maintain suitable bulletin boards in convenient places. The Union shall limit its posting to official notices and bulletins of the Union to such bulletin boards.
