Common use of Bundle Link Activation Clause in Contracts

Bundle Link Activation. Individual links of the bundle are activated upon receipt of the MB_ADD_LINK request from the bundle's layer management. The bundle issues a BL_ACTIVATE request to the target bundle link. Upon successful completion of bundle link initialization procedures, the BL_ACTIVATE confirmation will be sent to the bundle. Following receipt of the BL_ACTIVATE confirmation from the bundle link, the bundle sends and receives frames on the bundle link.
