Bundled Customer Scheduling Clause Samples

The Bundled Customer Scheduling clause defines how multiple customers' service or product orders are grouped together for coordinated scheduling. In practice, this means that instead of handling each customer's order individually, the provider organizes and schedules services or deliveries in batches, often to optimize efficiency or reduce costs. This approach is commonly used in industries like logistics or utilities, where grouping appointments or deliveries can streamline operations. The core function of this clause is to enable more efficient resource allocation and scheduling, ultimately reducing operational complexity and potentially lowering costs for both the provider and the customers.
Bundled Customer Scheduling. Buyer shall be the Scheduling Coordinator or shall designate a qualified third party to fulfill such role (collectively “SC”) for all portions of each Product delivered to Buyer by Seller from a Seller’s Portfolio which result from a Bundled Customer. Notwithstanding Buyer’s or its agent’s role as the SC, Seller shall be required to provide monthly notifications and shall cause Bundled Customers that are part of a Seller’s Portfolio to reduce energy use consistent with Seller’s obligations to provide a Product to Buyer.
