Common use of Business Continuation Clause in Contracts

Business Continuation. The Company and each of its subsidiaries shall use reasonable best efforts to maintain and preserve intact the current organization, business and franchise of the Company and the Bank, including but not limited to (i) maintaining the corporate existence of the Company and the Bank, and (ii) conducting the business of the Company and the Bank in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice.

Business Continuation.
