Common use of Business Entity Clause in Contracts

Business Entity. Notwithstanding any powers granted to the Bank pursuant to this Agreement or to applicable law, the Bank will not have any power that could result in the Account being classified as a business entity such as corporation or partnership, within the meaning of §301.7701-2 of the Procedure and Administrative Regulations promulgated pursuant to the Code.
