Business Related Change Requests. Acquirer will document business related Change Requests and submit to Planet Payment through designated Acquirer Project Managers.
Business Relations The contractor shall successfully integrate and coordinate all activity needed to execute the requirement. The contractor shall manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification. The contractor shall provide corrective action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management of subcontractors. The contractor shall seek to ensure customer satisfaction and professional and ethical behavior of all contractor personnel.
Change Requests 4.1.1. Either party can request changes to the Service.
Business Relationship The relationship between a landlord and tenant is a business relationship. A courteous and businesslike attitude is required from both parties. We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone who is verbally abusive, swears, is disrespectful, makes threats, is under the influence, is argumentative, or in general displays an attitude at the time of the unit showing and application process that causes management to believe we would not have a positive business relationship.
PRODUCT AND PRICING CHANGE REQUESTS Supplier may request Equipment, Product, or Service changes, additions, or deletions at any time. All requests must be made in writing by submitting a signed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form to the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator. This approved form is available from the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator. At a minimum, the request must: • Identify the applicable Sourcewell contract number; • Clearly specify the requested change; • Provide sufficient detail to justify the requested change; • Individually list all Equipment, Products, or Services affected by the requested change, along with the requested change (e.g., addition, deletion, price change); and • Include a complete restatement of pricing documentation in Microsoft Excel with the effective date of the modified pricing, or product addition or deletion. The new pricing restatement must include all Equipment, Products, and Services offered, even for those items where pricing remains unchanged. A fully executed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form will become an amendment to this Contract and will be incorporated by reference.
CONSULTATION REGARDING MAJOR WORKPLACE CHANGE 8.1 Consultation Prior to a Definite Decision Being Made (a) Where an Employer is considering making a decision to introduce major change, the Employer may choose to discuss with the Employees who may be affected and their Employee representative/s, which may include the Union/s, prior to making the decision to introduce change. (b) It is agreed that Employees may be able to offer valuable solutions and/or alternative solutions before major changes are made. (c) Where an Employer chooses to consult with Employees who are likely to be affected by a decision to introduce major change, consultation can be informal and is not required to be in writing. 8.2 Consultation After a Definite Decision has Been Made (a) Where an Employer has made a definite decision to introduce major changes in production, program, organisation, structure or technology that are likely to have significant effects on Employees, the Employer must notify the Employees who may be affected by the proposed changes and their representatives, which may include the Union/s. (b) Significant effects include termination of employment; major changes in the composition, operation or size of the Employer’s workforce or in the skills required; the elimination or diminution of job opportunities, promotion opportunities or job tenure; the alteration of hours of work; the need for retraining or transfer of Employees to other work or locations; and the restructuring of jobs. Provided that where the Agreement makes provision for alteration of any of these matters an alteration is deemed not to have significant effect.
