Common use of By Intuit Clause in Contracts

By Intuit. Intuit represents and warrants that (i) it has full power and --------- authority to enter into this Agreement; (ii) entering into and performance of this Agreement by Intuit does not violate, conflict with, or result in a material default under any other contract or agreement to which Intuit is a party, or by which it is bound; and (iii) it has the right to make available on the Intuit Sites the Banner Advertisements, Sponsor Client Graphics, Links and other advertisements placed hereunder.
