Prior Review (a) With respect to: (i) each contract awarded in accordance with the provisions of Section I, Part B of this Schedule; (ii) each contract awarded in accordance with the provisions of Section I, Part C.1 of this Schedule; and (iii) the first three contracts (each one from a different oblast) awarded in accordance with the provisions of Section I, Part C.4 of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first two contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of Section I, Parts C.2 and C.3 of this Schedule, the following procedures shall apply:
