Common use of By the Service Provider Clause in Contracts

By the Service Provider. The Service Providers may terminate this Contract, by not less than sixty (60) days‟ written notice to the Client, such notice to be given after the occurrence of any of the events specified in paragraphs (a) through (c) of this Clause GCC 2.6.2: (a) If the Client fails to pay any money due and payable to the Service Provider subject to and in accordance with terms of this Contract and such claimed amount is not subject to dispute pursuant to Clause GCC 7 hereof; within sixty (60) days after receiving written notice from the Service Provider that such payment is due in accordance with terms of this Contract.
