Cabin Noise. The one team that fulfills all MERs and pertinent MPRs and demonstrates the lowest Cabin Noise during its Cabin Noise Flight Attempts shall win the Quietest Cabin Noise Prize. Cabin Noise will be measured in dBA, slow scale with a microphone positioned near the right ear of the pilot. Cabin Noise will be the average of two peak noise measurements, both taken while flying at Competition Weight and CP, during the three
Cabin Noise. Cabin Noise of the Vehicle will be measured at the right ear of the pilot during its high speed level flight at 4500 feet density altitude during its flight attempts in the Top Speed Prize competition. Cabin Noise will be measured in dBA, slow scale and will be the maximum noise measured during the Top Speed flight attempt.
Cabin Noise. Cabin Noise of the Vehicle will be measured at the right ear of the pilot during maximum-power stabilized level flight at 1125 feet MSL (~1000 feet AGL). Cabin Noise will be measured in LAeq,(1sec.).

  • Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. The Hirer shall, if using sound amplification equipment, make use of any noise limitation device provided at the premises and comply with any other licensing condition for the premises.

  • Irrigation An irrigation reduced pressure zone (hereinafter referred to as “RPZ”) is required for any irrigation systems and must be installed by the Developer and/or eventual lot owner and tested in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health Guidelines for Designing Backflow Prevention Assembly Installations (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”). The initial test results and certification shall be submitted to the City of Maple Grove Public Works Department. Subsequently, the RPZ must be tested, per the Guidelines, at least annually by a certified tester with the results reported to the City of Maple Grove Building Department and the RPZ must be rebuilt as needed in accordance with the Guidelines. Test/rebuilt reports shall be mailed or faxed to the City of Maple Grove Building Department at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. The irrigation system shall be designed and the Plans shall be modified accordingly, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property, to accommodate a 1-inch water meter and a maximum flow of 50 gallons per minute.

  • Smoke This peril means sudden and accidental damage from smoke, including the emission or puffback of smoke, soot, fumes or vapors from a boiler, furnace or related equipment. This peril does not include loss caused by smoke from agricultural smudging or industrial operations.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner.
