CABLE SYSTEM DESIGN. Section 3.1--- SUBSCRIBER NETWORK (a) The Licensee shall continue to own, operate, maintain and make available to all residents of the Town a minimum 750 MHz Subscriber Network. (b) The Licensee shall transmit all of its Signals to Amherst Subscribers in stereo, provided that such Signals are available and furnished to the Licensee in stereo. (c) The Cable Television System, pursuant to Section 3.1 herein, shall conform to all applicable FCC technical specifications.
