CABLE SYSTEM DESIGN. Section 3.1--- SUBSCRIBER NETWORK (a) The Licensee shall continue to own, operate, maintain and make available to all residents of the Town a minimum 750 MHz Subscriber Network. Said Cable System shall be fully capable of carrying at least seventy-eight (78) video channels in the downstream direction. (b) The Licensee shall transmit all of its Signals to Canton Subscribers in stereo, provided that such Signals are available and furnished to the Licensee in stereo. (c) The Cable Television System, pursuant to Section 3.1 herein, shall conform to the FCC technical specifications contained in Exhibit 1 attached hereto and made a part hereof. At all times throughout the Renewal License, the Licensee shall meet all applicable FCC technical standards.
