Cabling Sample Clauses
The Cabling clause defines the responsibilities and standards related to the installation, maintenance, and management of cabling infrastructure within a project or property. It typically outlines which party is responsible for providing, installing, and testing cables, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant technical specifications and safety regulations. For example, it may specify that all network and electrical cabling must be installed by certified professionals and meet certain industry standards. The core function of this clause is to ensure that cabling work is performed safely, efficiently, and to a consistent quality, thereby reducing the risk of future disputes or technical failures.
