CLEC-1’s Certified Contractor shall ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇-1 directly for all work performed for CLEC-1 pursuant to this Agreement and BellSouth shall have no liability for nor responsibility to pay such charges imposed by the CLEC-1’s Certified Contractor. Except in case of emergency, BellSouth will not access CLEC-1’s locked enclosure prior to notifying CLEC-1.
