CALCULATION OF MONTHLY PAYMENT. ‌ 4.1 Calculation of Monthly Payment‌ The “Monthly Payment” shall be an amount, based on the Fixed Capacity Payment and calculated in accordance with Exhibit J. If the Monthly Payment is a positive amount, it shall be payable from the Buyer to the Supplier. If the Monthly Payment is a negative amount, the absolute value of the Monthly Payment shall be payable from the Supplier to the Buyer.
