Calculation of RR Clause Samples

The 'Calculation of RR' clause defines the method for determining the value of RR, which may refer to a specific rate, ratio, or return relevant to the agreement. This clause typically outlines the formula, variables, and data sources to be used in the calculation, ensuring that all parties have a clear and consistent approach to determining RR. By specifying these details, the clause helps prevent disputes over how RR is derived and ensures transparency and fairness in its application.
Calculation of RR. The RR component shall equal the (a) Historical Transmission Revenue Requirement, plus (b) the Forecasted Transmission Revenue Requirement which shall exclude the impact of any Transmission Support Payments, plus (c) the Annual True-Up, determined in accordance with the Formula Rate.
Calculation of RR. Rate of Recovery or RR is calculated in accordance with the following formula: RR = (A – B)/A x 100% where: (a) A is the number of tonnes of Recyclables accepted by the Contractor at the Facility during the period; and (b) B is the number of tonnes on Residual Material recovered from the Recyclable Material delivered to the Facility during the same period.
