Common use of Calculation of Subscription Fee Clause in Contracts

Calculation of Subscription Fee. (a) In case IPTV OPERATOR avails one or more or all Zee Group SD Channels on A- ▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ basis: (i) If the IPTV OPERATOR is providing the channels on A-▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ basis to its subscribers, the Monthly Subscription Fee for such A-▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ channel(s) shall be equal to “ZEEL’s Share of MRP” of that A-▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Channel multiplied by the number of Monthly Average Active Subscriber Level reported by the IPTV OPERATOR for that month for that particular Zee Group Channel(s).

(a) In case IPTV HITS OPERATOR avails one or more or all Zee Group SD Channels on A- ▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ basis: (i) If the IPTV HITS OPERATOR is providing the channels on A-▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ basis to its subscribers, the Monthly Subscription Fee for such A-▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ channel(s) shall be equal to “ZEEL’s Share of MRP” of that A-▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Channel multiplied by the number of Monthly Average Active Subscriber Level reported by the IPTV HITS OPERATOR for that month for that particular Zee Group Channel(s).
