Call Backs for Overtime A. After having left her place of work, an employee who receives a call back and returns to work shall be paid at overtime rates for all hours worked, subject to a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates, as set out in the pay schedules and overtime articles in this agreement.

  • No Layoff to Compensate for Overtime Employees shall not be required to layoff during regular hours to equalize any overtime worked.

  • Calculation of Overtime If the overtime work has been carried out before as well as after the regular working hours during a certain day, the overtime periods shall be added together. Only full half hours are included in the calculation.

  • Compensation for Overtime Assigned overtime is designated as those hours over the regular hours of work which are requested of the employee by management. Assigned overtime worked shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2).
