Call Center and Response Time a. The Contractor shall continuously maintain a telephone number (preferably toll free but not required) for the University where University personnel are able to speak directly to a live person or are able to leave a voice message. The Contractor shall respond to such calls/voice mail messages as specified in Schedule A and, if not so specified, within a reasonable amount of time. b. The Account Manager, Assistant Manager(s) and Administrative Service Coordinator (each as identified on Schedule E) shall have personal computers provided by the Contractor. Such computers must have email capability. The University shall provide internet access at the Service Areas. The Contractor shall provide accurate contact information for appropriate personnel for 24 hour / 7 day per week availability. c. The Contractor shall pay for and provide any Account Manager, Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Rovers with cellular phones and/or two-way radios. Cellular phone numbers shall be provided to the University’s Representative. d. Should any of the Service Areas close for any reason (inclement weather, for example), the Contractor shall nonetheless be responsible for the Services unless otherwise notified by the University’s Representative or the University’s Campus Representative.

  • Call Center Services Answer telephone inquiries during mutually agreed upon hours each day on which the Fund is open for trading. In the event that the Fund plans to be open on a business day when the New York Stock Exchange is to be closed, the Fund shall provide the Transfer Agent with reasonable advance notice and the parties shall discuss the call center resources available for such day. The Transfer Agent shall answer and respond to inquiries from existing Shareholders, prospective Shareholders of the Fund and broker-dealers on behalf of such Shareholders in accordance with the instructions provided by the Fund to the Transfer Agent for purpose of fulfilling its duties under this Agreement, including, accepting transaction requests on behalf of the Fund.

  • Verizon OSS Services 8.2.1 Upon request by PNG, Verizon shall provide to PNG Verizon OSS Services. Such Verizon OSS Services will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. 8.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services that will be offered by Verizon, shall be as determined by Verizon. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right to change Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of PNG. 8.2.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, in providing Verizon OSS Services to PNG, Verizon will comply with Verizon’s applicable OSS Change Management Guidelines, as such Guidelines are modified from time-to-time, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the Guidelines related to furnishing notice of changes in Verizon OSS Services. Verizon’s OSS Change Management Guidelines will be set out on a Verizon website.

  • Cloud Services Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access and use the Number of Units of Cloud Services during the Term solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms, Order, and Documentation.   • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR.
