Call Letters. Licensee hereby grants to Programmer a non-exclusive license to use the call letters “WVIV-FM” in connection with the provision of programming and related services for the Station in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The license granted by the foregoing sentence shall terminate and be of no further force or effect upon the earlier of the expiration of the Term or the termination of this Agreement. Licensee hereby covenants not to change such call letters.
