Common use of Call Pay Clause in Contracts

Call Pay. On-call compensation of $3.75 per hour, and $4.25 per hour on 5 holidays, shall be paid when the Employer requires a nurse who is not on duty to 6 remain available to report for work on short notice. A nurse placed on-call shall 7 continue to receive said compensation for the remainder of her/his normal on call 8 shift duration. On-call compensation shall cease, however, in the event the 9 nurse is called in to work.

Call Pay. On-call compensation of seven dollars ($3.75 7.00) per hour, and seven 16 dollars and twenty-five cents ($4.25 7.25) per hour on 5 holidays, shall be paid when 17 the Employer requires a nurse who is not on duty to 6 remain available to report 18 for work on short notice. A nurse placed on-call shall 7 continue to receive said 19 compensation for the remainder of her/his normal on call 8 shift duration. On-call 20 compensation shall cease, however, in the event the 9 nurse is called in to work.

On-call compensation shall cease, however, in the event the 9 nurse is called in to work.

On-call compensation of $4.00 3.75 per hour, and $4.25 per hour on 5 31 holidays, shall be paid when the Employer requires a nurse who is not on duty to 6 32 remain available to report for work on short notice. A nurse placed on-call shall 7 33 continue to receive said compensation for the remainder of her/his normal on call 8 1 shift duration. On-call compensation shall cease, however, in the event the 9 2 nurse is called in to work.

On-call compensation shall cease, however, in 12 the event the 9 nurse is called in to work.
