Call Times. Call time is a minimum of six (6) hours prior to air for all positions on set up days. The Employer and the Union’s Business Agent shall meet and confer if exceptions are needed. The Union will not unreasonably deny requests from Employer to modify call times, including shorter call in times, based on a client’s needs. 1. Call time shall be a minimum of seven (7) hours prior to air for TD, Audio ▇-▇, ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, Video Controller (V-1), and Graphics Operator under the following conditions: - Any live cut in (e.g., news hit) prior to air, pre-taping show segments for broadcast at a later date/show or a game day pre-game show longer than ten (10) minutes in length. - “Add-ons” (e.g., productions or shows other than the main event) after the main event has ended which are, to the viewer, listed as a separate show. - After Deal Shows (A facility stand consisting of at least three (3) consecutive days, in which on the second day or other day with the stand other crew or craft personnel utilizes the facilities, then the original crew or craft personnel return) 2. Specialty microphone operators / Audio A3s shall report to work at the call time determined by the Employer and be released of the day by the crew chief. 3.
