Callback from Vacation Sample Clauses
The "Callback from Vacation" clause allows an employer to require an employee to return to work before their scheduled vacation period ends. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which a callback can occur, such as urgent business needs or unforeseen staffing shortages, and may specify how much notice the employee must be given. Its core practical function is to provide the employer with flexibility to address critical operational demands while balancing the employee's right to planned time off.
