Callbacks Clause Samples
The Callbacks clause establishes the procedures and requirements for one party to notify or request action from another party, typically in response to specific events or triggers outlined in the agreement. In practice, this clause may require a party to promptly inform the other of certain developments, such as a breach, delivery, or the need for approval, and may specify the method and timeframe for such notifications. Its core function is to ensure timely communication and coordinated action between parties, thereby reducing misunderstandings and facilitating smooth contract performance.
