Callouts and Overtime Between Regular Work Periods. In relation to 22.06, if the work extends over a normal meal period, the employee will be permitted to take an unpaid meal period from one-half to one hour. Where the work period exceeds three (3) hours, the employee will be paid one-half (½) hour at time and one-half for the meal period and will be given a meal allowance.
