Campus Level Sample Clauses

The "Campus Level" clause defines the specific scope or location within an educational institution to which the agreement, policy, or provision applies. Typically, this clause clarifies whether certain terms are relevant to the entire institution, a particular campus, or a subset of facilities. For example, it may specify that certain services, responsibilities, or restrictions are limited to the main campus or extend to satellite campuses. By delineating the applicable campus level, this clause ensures clarity regarding the geographic or organizational boundaries of the agreement, preventing misunderstandings about where obligations or rights are enforceable.
