CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING. In case of a cancellation or rebooking of a course, Exasol must be informed in writing. If a course participant is prevented from attending the Training, a substitute person can attend instead. The full registration fee will be charged, even if the participant does not attend the entire course. In case of a cancellation or rebooking by Customer, the following shall apply:
