Cancellation by ▇▇▇▇▇. If ▇▇▇▇▇ terminates unilaterally this agreement for convenience before the exhibition, ▇▇▇▇▇ shall reimburse all amounts paid by the company to Swift under this agreement. This will be the sole and exclusive right and remedy of the company in this respect. For the avoidance of doubt, in any of the termination cases in this section 12, the company will have no right to complimentary passes nor any other remedies besides those specifically listed in this agreement.
