Effect of Cancellation and Refund. If the Company cancels the tour contract for any of the reasons described in (2)-1 of this section, the customer shall bear the costs, if any, that have already been paid or must be paid to the provider of the tour services that the customer was unable to receive because of the cancellation of the contract under the name of cancellation fees, penalty fees, etc. In such a case, the Company shall refund the portion of the tour fee that relates to the tour services that the customer has not yet received, after deducting the cancellation fee, penalty fee, or other nominal fee that the Company has paid or will pay to such tour service provider.

Effect of Cancellation and Refund. If Kaori cancels the travel contract in accordance with the Provision 2-1) hereinabove, travel services rendered to the client shall be deemed as having been completed. In cases where travel services are not rendered owing to tour cessation, or services for which ▇▇▇▇▇ has paid, (or will pay) expenses, cancellation charge, penalty, or etc., ▇▇▇▇▇ will refund only the balance thereof.

  • Effect of Cancellation If the Student cancels the housing agreement during a semester, the Student may remain in residence until the end of the semester the cancellation was given to UCF DHRL. The Student’s cancellation fees will be determined based on the date the Student’s written or electronically reproducible notice of cancellation is received by UCF DHRL Rent for the semester the cancellation is submitted to UCF DHRL will be based upon the date the Student vacates the residence facility in compliance with move out procedures. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, the Student is always responsible for the greater of the pro rata rent for the semester of cancellation or the cancellation fee for that semester.   • Right of Cancellation (a) If the Subscriber is a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting for purposes outside of his/her trade or profession), the Subscriber may cancel an order for 14 days following receipt of order confirmation from SORACOM. The right of cancellation is invoked by sending an e-mail with "Cancellation" stated in the subject line to SORACOM within the period of 14 days.
