Cancellation by ▇▇▇▇▇. If ▇▇▇▇▇ terminates unilaterally this agreement for convenience before the exhibition, ▇▇▇▇▇ shall reimburse all amounts paid by the company to Swift under this agreement. This will be the sole and exclusive right and remedy of the company in this respect. For the avoidance of doubt, in any of the termination cases in this section 12, the company will have no right to complimentary passes nor any other remedies besides those specifically listed in this agreement.

Cancellation by ▇▇▇▇▇ a. Notice of cancellation shall be in writing to the Council b. If at least 28 days written notice of cancellation is provided, there will be no charge and any deposits will be refunded. c. If less than 28 days written notice of cancellation is provided, the full hire charge remains payable. d. If the Hirer plans a future hire of a Council venue and less than 28 days written notice of cancellation is given the Venue Manager may, strictly at their discretion, agree to the Hire Charge being held on credit.

Cancellation by ▇▇▇▇▇. 6.1.1 It is the preference of Northside that cancellations are provided as early as practicable so that the venue can be potentially provided to another hirer. Northside requires a minimum of 14 days written notice (email acceptable) to cancel any booking and; − Cancellations received with less than 14 days’ notice of the intended date of hire, will incur 25% of the hire charges. − Cancellations received with greater than 14 days’ notice will incur a charge equivalent to 10% of the hire charge.

Cancellation by ▇▇▇▇▇. 18.1 If the Hirer wishes to cancel the hiring, in whole or in part, the Hirer must give to the School notice to that effect. 18.2 If such notice is given, no later than 3 days prior to the Period of Hire then the School will refund to the Hirer the Fee, but otherwise the School will be entitled to retain the whole of the Booking Fee.

Cancellation by ▇▇▇▇▇. 1.3.1 After Order Confirmed Once the Order has been confirmed in accordance with Clause 8.1.2, any cancellation will require the Seller’s approval, subject always to the terms of this Agreement.

Cancellation by ▇▇▇▇▇. 27.1. If the Hirer wishes to cancel the hiring in whole or in part the Hirer must give to the Guild Hall notice to that effect. 27.2. If such notice is given not later than [one month] prior to the Period of the Hiring and if the Guild Hall is able to effect an alternative hiring then the Guild Hall will refund to the Hirer the deposit in full and the Hire Fee less a 50% administration charge but if such notice is given less than one month prior to the period of hiring the Guild Hall will retain the whole of the Fee.

Cancellation by ▇▇▇▇▇. 6.1 If the Hirer cancels a booking and/or terminates this Agreement, the Hirer must do so in writing and any non- cancellable Function costs or costs already incurred, must be paid by the Hirer. 6.2 In addition and subject to clause 6.1, if the Hirer cancels the booking and/or terminates this Agreement: a) more than three (3) months prior to the Function Date, VenuesLive will refund 100% of the initial deposit; b) between one month and three months prior to the Function Date, VenuesLive will retain 100% of the Deposit, c) Between 10 Business Days and one month prior to the Function Date, VenuesLive will retain the Deposit and in addition, the Hirer must pay VenuesLive 20% of the total estimated cost of the Function. d) Between 10 Business Days and 5 Business Days prior to the Function Date, VenuesLive will retain the Deposit and in addition, the Hirer must pay VenuesLive 50% of the total estimated cost of the Function. e) Less than 5 Business Days prior to the Function Date, VenuesLive will retain the Deposit and in addition, the Hirer must pay VenuesLive 100% of the total estimated cost of the Function. 6.3 The Hirer, acting reasonably, may vary the number of patrons attending the Function up to 20 Business Days prior to the Function Date. If the Hirer reduces the number of patrons attending the Function by more than 15% within 20 Business Days of the Function Date, the Hirer will be deemed to have cancelled the booking and clause 6.2 will apply

Cancellation by ▇▇▇▇▇. IF THE HIRER wishes to cancel the booking before the date of the event and the Committee is unable to conclude a replacement booking, repayment of the fee shall be at the discretion of the Committee.

Cancellation by ▇▇▇▇▇. Zouba events depend on sufficient bookings to make them economically viable. If bookings are insufficient, treks or expeditions may be cancelled no later than 45 days before the scheduled departure date. Any booking payments made for events cancelled by ▇▇▇▇▇ will be returned immediately and in full, and ▇▇▇▇▇ will bear any additional costs for making said repayments.
