Common use of Cancellation of Contract by Resident Post-Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Contract by Resident Post-Occupancy. If a Resident would like to move out of the residence halls post-occupancy prior to the end of the occupancy period, they must cancel their Contract, which has associated fees. To cancel, the Resident must complete all the steps outlined on the REH website regarding moving out before the end of the academic year.
