Cancellation of Notes Redeemed. Subject to the provisions of Sections 5.4 and 5.10 as to Notes redeemed or purchased in part, all Notes redeemed and paid under this Article 5 shall forthwith be delivered to the Trustee and cancelled and no Notes shall be issued in substitution for those redeemed.
