Cancellation of Surrendered Special Warrants Clause Samples

The 'Cancellation of Surrendered Special Warrants' clause defines the process by which special warrants that have been surrendered by their holders are formally cancelled and rendered void. In practice, this means that once a warrant holder returns or exchanges their warrant—often in connection with exercising rights or redeeming value—the warrant is removed from circulation and cannot be used again. This ensures that surrendered warrants cannot be fraudulently reused or claimed, maintaining the integrity of the warrant system and preventing double claims or confusion over outstanding obligations.
