Common use of Cancellation of Use Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Use. The. posting of any material, notices or announcements which violate the provisions of this Section shall entitle the Public Employer to remove the material immediately. Provisions of 19.1 of this section may be canceled if further violations occur.
