Cancellation of Warrants that Are Exercised Sample Clauses

The "Cancellation of Warrants that Are Exercised" clause defines the process by which warrants are rendered void once they have been exercised by the holder. In practice, when a warrant holder chooses to exercise their right to purchase underlying securities, the exercised warrant is cancelled and cannot be used again. This ensures that each warrant can only be exercised once, preventing duplicate claims and maintaining the integrity of the securities issuance process.
